The project was planned as part of an architectural competition initiated by the Dan Hotels chain. The project aims to expand the total accommodation units available at the Dan Caesarea hotel, by adding 60 “villas” overlooking the nearby golf course.
The villas were built in clusters around a courtyard that was designed in the spirit of ancient Roman courtyards, which creates an intimate atmosphere disconnected from the outside world. The villas are surrounded by a continuous “infinity” swimming pool which allows direct entrance from the villa balconies.
In addition, the plan proposes the construction of a modern spa, designed as a floating geodesic ball floating in the center of the swimming pool.
