The plan is designed to provide quality housing solutions that will promote the city which suffers from a lack of contemporary housing solutions. The project’s location was selected by us, as a part of a survey we conducted for Israel’s Land Authority to locate land with potential for development in Tiberias. The project is located at the entrance to the city of Tiberias on the slopes overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The plan covers 100 dunams and includes 168 residential units with multi-family terraced homes, overlooking the Sea of Galilee. Total building rights include some 21,720 sq.m. The accessibility system was planned in sequence with the “Entry to the City” project, which is also planned by us, and provides direct access to Route 77 – the entrance route to Tiberias. The structure of the plan is a linear neighborhood that takes advantage of the topographic slope to construct terraced structures that look directly at the Sea of Galilee.
